Hours: Causal or Permanent Part-Time 20-25 hours per week, 5-6 hours on Mon/Wed/Fri + option Sat.

 We are a specialized racquet sports shop, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and service  community. We are looking for an organized, energetic, and proactive team member to join us in keeping our store running smoothly, both on the floor and behind the scenes.

Position Summary:
In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will split your time between ensuring our online customers get their orders quickly and maintaining a beautifully presented, fully stocked storefront for our walk-in guests.

Key Responsibilities:

·       E-Commerce Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for our digital customers.

·       Visual Merchandising & Presentation: Maintain high standards of shop presentation. Keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to store guidelines.

·       Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with receiving new deliveries, unpacking stock, and meticulously organizing the inventory.

·       Storage & Workspace Upkeep: Take ownership of the storeroom layout. Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized workstation and storage area.

·       Team Support: Adapt to the daily needs of the business by performing other operational tasks as reasonably required by management.

What We Are Looking For:

·       Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or stock management is highly regarded.

·       Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.

·       Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

·       A strong problem solving ability

·       A positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed.
