Shippings

All parcels are shipped from our main  EZBOX SPORTS Eastwood store.

Australia Post picks up shipping orders around 1 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.There will be tracking updates via email from Auspost’s tracking system, not from us. Please also check your junk mail in case you don’t see it.

Click & Collect

EASTWOOD Store , you will receive an email or a message on your phone when the order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Please provide your order number and photo ID when collecting your order.

Chippendale store, there will be a stock transfer process from Eastwood to Chippendale. Stock transfers only occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as the Chippendale store is open only on those days. You will receive an email or a sms on your phone when the order is ready for pickup at the store. Please provide your order number and photo ID when collecting your order.

Racquets with stringing services will require extra time for our team to process. We appreciate it if you can include a note in your order specifying your preferred pickup time.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Northern Territory and overseas due to various reasons.

Returns

At EZBOX Sports, we strive to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. Please review our return policy below, designed to ensure a seamless experience while keeping our prices competitive:

  1. Return Window:
    1. We accept returns within 28 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Return Locations:
    1. Online Purchases: Returns are processed exclusively at our Eastwood store.
    2. In-Store Purchases: If you made your purchase in-store, returns can be processed at either our Eastwood or Chippendale store.
  3. Authorized Returns:
    1. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@ezbox.com.au.
    2. We may request pictures or the series number of the item to facilitate the return process.
  4. Condition of Items:
    1. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
    2. For shoes, we recommend visiting our store for a fitting. We cannot accept returns for shoes that have been used on the court.
  5. Customized Items:
    1. Customized products, such as racquets with stringing services, cannot be returned. These items are tailored to your personal specifications.
  6. Postage Fees:
    1. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the wrong products were sent or there is a product quality issue.
  7. Postal Returns:
    1. Postal returns are accepted only at our Eastwood store:
