Role Overview:
As a Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers have a delightful shopping experience. From assisting customers with their inquiries to keeping the store organized, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Answer questions, provide product recommendations, and ensure their needs are met.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and maintain a tidy checkout area.
- Merchandising: Help with visual displays, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory counts.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
- Stock pick for online orders.
- Packaging and dispatch online orders.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to details and organizational skill.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Basic online store orders understanding.
- Passion for Tennis, badminton, Table Tennis or pickleball.

- Mon / Wed / Fri and Sat
