Role Overview:

As a Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers have a delightful shopping experience. From assisting customers with their inquiries to keeping the store organized, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Answer questions, provide product recommendations, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Sales Support: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and maintain a tidy checkout area.
  • Merchandising: Help with visual displays, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory counts.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
  • Stock pick for online orders.
  • Packaging and dispatch online orders.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to details and organizational skill.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
  • Basic online store orders understanding.
  • Passion for Tennis, badminton, Table Tennis or pickleball.

Working Hours :

  • full time with at least one weekend day.
